Our Return Policy

KCK wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns up to 30 days from date of shipment on items that are in unused condition with intact packaging. If the item was purchased by the case unopened bags are allowed.  

KCK charges a $7.95 restocking fee for all items. In the unlikely event you receive defective or damaged products, we will gladly provide replacement products.

All refunds and returns need to have prior approval by Customer Service.  If you wish to return a product, please contact us 818.997.8574 or via our Contact Us page to obtain a return authorization. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return. 

Once a return label has been issued, you have 10 business days to complete your return.  

Our Refund Policy (If Applicable)

Customer Service will notify you via email once we receive your returned item. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
